About Chris McDonald

As Senior Director of Sales at Indeed, Chris McDonald is responsible for leading operations in Australia and New Zealand. He was the first Indeed employee in Australia and his role is to help grow the business. Everyday his team work with talent acquisition professionals to help them make the right hires. Prior to joining Indeed, Chris spent several years in the online search and media industries. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Kingston University.

About Mike Bailen

Mike Bailen is the Director of Recruiting at Eventbrite. Never a fan of the status quo, he is constantly looking for new and creative ways to efficiently hire the best talent. His goal is to make his team more proactive every single day and deliver high-touch candidate experiences. Mike is also the former Head of Talent at Zappos where he built out their college internship program and led their recruitment strategy. He moved Zappos from a conventional recruitment model to a more proactive and relationship-driven model by taking down job postings. Although Mike loves to geek out on a recruitment funnel report, his true love is his beautiful wife, son and their 3 dogs. Mike resides in San Francisco, California and is fueled by several cups of coffee.
