About Sonia Tammaro

Sonia Tammaro is the owner and principal consultant of Innov8te. She is a senior Human Resources professional with extensive experience in consulting, talent acquisition, facilitation and change management. She has led both small and large teams within in house and consulting organisations with a key focus on strategic improvement, innovation and stakeholder management. She has consulted to many of Australia and New Zealand’s leading organisations to design, implement and / or manage contemporary Talent Acquisition functions.  Sonia has led high profile and complex projects that have required significant organisational change. As well as having owned and operated her own business, her experience spans large consulting projects and leadership of in sourced, outsourced (RPO) and hybrid Resourcing solutions.

About Trevor Vas

Trevor has worked in the Recruitment, Information Technology and the Finance industries in various professional consulting roles. He is a recognised leader in human capital management for large organisations and is an active speaker at industry conferences in Australia and New Zealand. In his previous role, Trevor was the Managing Director of an Australasian consultancy business that consulted and operated Managing Vendors at many of Australia’s and New Zealand’s largest organisations. Since the establishment of HCMS, Trevor has consulted to BHP, Coles Myer, Crown Casino, ASB Bank and Waitemata and Auckland District Health Boards in relation to their enterprise recruitment models including Recruitment Technology, Recruitment Processes, Preferred Recruitment Supplier Agreements and implementing and optimising Recruitment Centres. Trevor is a subject matter expert in Recruitment Technology and Resource Management and has assisted many organisations to improve their effectiveness in these areas.

About Nick Duggal

Nick, Partner at Moray & Agnew, has practiced exclusively in the area of workplace relations for the past 15 years. He provides practical solutions that enable employers to resolve workplace issues commercially and expeditiously. Nick has experience in a full range of employment and industrial relations matters, including extensive experience in providing users and suppliers with advice on contingent labour arrangements. Nick’s clients operate in a broad range of industries including IT, recruitment, labour-hire, manufacturing, professional services and insurance. His clients include major insurers, publicly listed and multi-national companies and public authorities. Nick appears regularly in the Fair Work Australia and has been involved in proceedings in all Common Law Courts (including High Court proceedings involving the employee/independent contractor distinction). He regularly conducts presentations for various employer groups and gives opinions on labour law matters in the mainstream media.
