About Trevor Vas

Trevor has worked in the Recruitment, Information Technology and the Finance industries in various professional consulting roles. He is a recognised leader in human capital management for large organisations and is an active speaker at industry conferences in Australia and New Zealand. In his previous role, Trevor was the Managing Director of an Australasian consultancy business that consulted and operated Managing Vendors at many of Australia’s and New Zealand’s largest organisations. Since the establishment of HCMS, Trevor has consulted to BHP, Coles Myer, Crown Casino, ASB Bank and Waitemata and Auckland District Health Boards in relation to their enterprise recruitment models including Recruitment Technology, Recruitment Processes, Preferred Recruitment Supplier Agreements and implementing and optimising Recruitment Centres. Trevor is a subject matter expert in Recruitment Technology and Resource Management and has assisted many organisations to improve their effectiveness in these areas.

About Peter Oreb

With over 16 years’ experience in contingent workforce management, Peter has assisted hundreds of companies reduce the costs and risks associated with engaging contract workers, whilst helping them gain better visibility and maximise the true value of their contingent workforce. Peter has been with CXC Global since 2000 and was appointed Director in 2007. He brings to the company a strategic vision through constant learning, product & service innovation and a passion for success. Peter invests significant time into understanding the market and the needs of both employers and their contractors. Peter has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance, IT and International Business from University of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning through the Securities Institute of Australia.

About Nick Jones

Nick has 15 years’ experience in agency & internal talent acquisition with a concentration in Mining and Oil & Gas sectors. Nick leads the Talent Acquisition function for Viva Energy Australia where he has implemented a VMS & CMO to manage the contingent workforce. Nick’s industry experience has given him a concentrated focus on mitigating Risk, Safety, Industrial Relations, Governance and Compliance in managing contingent workforces. Nick is midway through a Masters in Human Resources and Organisational Development, he is a Certified Professional Member of Australian Human Resources Institute and awarded LinkedIn Power Profile 2015 – Human Resources – Australia. Nick is a committee member on the Australian Human Resources Institute Victorian Attraction, Recruitment and Retention network.
