Mahsuri has held senior management positions in human resources and marketing within the engineering, hospitality mining and construction industries and is currently Director People and Culture for Communicare Inc.
Prior to joining Communicare, Mahsuri was Group Manager – Marketing and Communications with Monadelphous where key projects included a brand refresh, website development and social media strategy. In 2010 she was HR Services Manager for Crown Entertainment Complex where she managed large teams within recruitment, HR services and scheduling operations.
Her various management roles has furnished her with experience in HR strategy and operations, talent acquisition, business process design, systems implementation, workforce planning, marketing, communications and branding.
She believes effective talent management is a path where human resources and marketing management meet at the strategy table - “An organisation’s ability to speak to talent in a way that engages both heart and mind is what will set them apart in the war for talent”. She advocates the management of a company’s brand throughout the employee lifecycle, giving the organisation a voice and truly connecting its personality and culture to engage and inspire its people.
