AI-powered chatbots and matching technologies blazed into our consciousness a few years ago amidst lots of fanfare and hype. However, general adoption rates haven’t seem to be able to match the initial interest.

We had a chat with ATC2020 Digital keynote speaker, Glen Cathey, and he reckons he knows why. He also shares what are the make or break, critical factors, that you have to look at when implementing these tools onto your TA processes.
